Annual General Meeting- 

12th August, 2015

To all VSSA members.

Please be advised that the VSSA will hold a Special General Meeting, following thereafter the AGM. It is scheduled for the 26th September 2015. The Special General Meeting will commence at 2.00pm and the AGM will commence at 4.00pm. Both meetings will be held at: Belkblast,

31 – 39 Bundy Drive, Melton, Victoria.

Agenda items for the Special General Meeting will include:

 2015- 2016 Series race calendar.

 Communications within VSSA.

 Policies Procedures and Protocol.

 VSSA’s future direction.

 Super Sedan Class Technical Advisory Committee (CTAC).

 Speedway Australia/Speedway Sedans Australia.

 Competitors document - updates / changes?

 Presentation night - discuss last venue & format / any suggestions for this year (sub committee?)

 Disposal of information / paperwork older than 7 years old. Motion below to be passed,

The following Motion has been put forward by Jodi Hey – Treasurer of the Victorian Super Sedan Association Inc - "To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Motion with or without amendments:"…Namely – Destroy by way of shredding all financial documents relating to and pertaining to the Victorian Super Sedan Association Inc and VORA that are dated older than 7 years as of the date of 26 September 2015.

The AGM will involve the election of Committee Members for the coming season. We have a number of Committee members that will not be standing for re-election. They have done a remarkable job for many years and deserve the appropriate credit for their efforts. As with any change, it opens the door for new people with fresh ideas to step up and be part of the future of the Association. The existing committee members will assist any newcomers during the transition period.
